Q. When can you deliver?
A. Most orders can be delivered within 1-2 days depending on the amount of material ordered and the location of your job site. Call our office at 703-361-7365 or e-mail us at NeffandNeffInc@yahoo.com to verify your delivery date.

Q. Is there a minimum amount I must order?
A. Yes, the minimum depends on where you live. Call or email for details.

Q. What size truck will come to my house? Will it damage my driveway?
A. We have been delivering products for 20 years and rarely damage our customers’ driveways. However, that is not to say it is impossible. We leave the final decision up to you, the customer. Neff and Neff, Inc. is not responsible for damaged driveways after receiving authorization to back onto your driveway.

Q. Will you dump my material in my back yard?
A. If there is access to the area you want your material we will do our best to accommodate you. We leave the final decision to our experienced drivers.

Q. Will you spread gravel over the driveway?
A. We will do the best we can to spread the gravel by dragging it with the truck. For this to work your driveway must be relatively straight and be clear of any wires or trees.

Q. What to do when receiving an order?
1. Clear cars from driveway
2. Make sure there are no trees or wires over the area where you want your materials
    placed.
3. If you aren’t going to be present for the delivery please leave directions for the driver.

(Note: our trucks need 10-12 feet of horizontal clearance and 25 feet of vertical clearance.)
